Terms of Service
HostFalcon · Draft dated 3 November 2026
1. Provider and agreement
HostFalcon is a hosting brand operated by [REGISTERED SWISS LEGAL ENTITY], registered in Switzerland, with registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], commercial register number [NUMBER]. These Terms govern purchases of shared hosting, reseller hosting and related services. The legal entity details must be completed before publication.
2. Services
Service features, resource allocations, billing periods and applicable limitations are described in the order summary and selected hosting plan. Domain registrations and third-party products may be subject to additional provider terms.
3. Orders and payments
Customers must provide accurate account and billing information. Prices, taxes, promotional periods and renewal charges must be disclosed before checkout. Subscriptions renew only in accordance with the renewal terms presented at purchase. Failed payments may result in suspension following appropriate notice.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers must maintain secure credentials, use services lawfully, maintain independent copies of critical data and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Customers are responsible for content they upload and for their own application updates.
5. Security and backups
We use security controls designed to protect our infrastructure. No hosting service is risk-free. Unless a particular plan explicitly guarantees recoverability, backups are not a substitute for customers maintaining their own backups.
6. Suspension and termination
We may restrict services to respond to security threats, unlawful activity, abuse or material breach, with notice where reasonably possible. Customers may request cancellation through the client portal or support. Data retention and deletion periods must be stated in the final operational policy.
7. Service levels and remedies
Any uptime commitment and related service credits are defined in the Service Level Agreement. Mandatory legal rights are not limited by that agreement.
8. Liability and applicable law
Liability is subject to mandatory applicable law. Swiss law is proposed as governing law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Jurisdiction clauses must be reviewed for consumer enforceability.
9. Contact and updates
For contractual enquiries contact sales@hostfalcon.net. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
